ORDER CANCELLATIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sky Mount (M.P. Enterprises) reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made within 48 hours.

In an event wherein the customer wishes to cancel his/her order prior to or post order confirmation, he/she should either call us at 9368151969 or email us at support@skymountfashion.com stating the ORDER No. and the reason for cancellation.

Please, note that orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped out.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Sky Mount(M.P. Enterprises) offers an easy 7-day return policy to our customers.

Please note – We have a Coupon Refund / Exchange / Monetary Refund available. Please ensure you take an unboxing video of the package before opening it. 

If a customer is dissatisfied with the purchased Product received from Sky Mount, or in the event where there are defects and deficiencies in the Product (attributable to, and accepted by Sky Mount after due verification), he/she/they may initiate a request for returning the Product by sending us an email to support@skymountfashion.com. The customer shall initiate such requests for a return not later than 7 (seven) days from the date on which he/she received the delivery of the Product.

Our team will get back to you within 24-48 hours of receiving your email.

 

MANDATORY CRITERIA FOR RETURN:

All returns need to fulfill the criteria mentioned below –

  • Return Request has to be raised within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • The items should be unused with all tags intact.
  • The packaging should have the original invoice, packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted and will be sent back.
  • There should not be any scratches or deformities on the product.
  • Ensure that Embellishments on the product are not damaged.
  • Any gifts accompanying the purchased Product have to be returned along with the product.
  • If a User has purchased Products that form a part of a package of multiple Products (Such as formal shirts, Nightsuit Sets & Tops), or if the Product forms a part of a promotional package, the User shall be required to return all the Products that form a part of the Bundled Package for us to process refunds.
  • If Sky Mount is satisfied that the Product does not meet any one of the above criteria, we shall reserve the right to reject the return of the Product. The product will be returned back to the customer. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

 

IMPORTANT – Please note the below products are not eligible for return or exchange-

1)  SCRATCH & DENT SALE – No Return, Exchange or Refund. 

RETURN PROCESS OVERVIEW
STEP 1: Once you are sure you want to return the product, immediately send an email at support@skymountfashion.com with your Order No. and Product details/SKU code with your reason for returning the product(s). Pls note all return requests need to be raised within 7 days of product delivery and all the above mandatory return criteria have to be met.

STEP 2: Our Customer Care team will revert on your Return request email within 24- 48 working hours. We will arrange a reverse pick up for the delivered product.

STEP 3: Please make sure that you have packed the return product very safely (use Sky Mount Original packaging box, or some strong packaging box with sealed tapes) to prevent any loss or damage to the product during transit. Any product received damaged in transit will not be qualified for refund and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. No Refund Coupon will be issued in such cases. In case a product is received without the packaging black box, we will be deducting an amount of Rs 99 from the refund amount.

STEP 4: Hand over the parcel to our pick-up agent. 

The returned parcel will take 7 to 10 days to reach our warehouse. Your patience is highly appreciated. 

Once we receive the returned product(s), a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met all the above mentioned criteria of Return.

If the returned product(s) meets all the criterion for return, then we will initiate your refund within 24-48 working hours of receiving the parcel. You will receive an email with the Coupon code worth your product value.

In Case your pincode is not serviceable by our courier partner for a reverse pick up. We will request you to send the products via any courier service or India Post so that the product reaches us safe. We will not be responsible for any damage to the parcel during transit, and will not be accepting any damaged products. Revert to this email & share the tracking details of the courier with us. In such a case, an additional amount of Rs 99 will be added to your coupon refund value as a shipping reimbursement. This will not be in actuals. 

Note: In the case of a Monetary Refund, we will be deducting a small amount depending on your order value, against the reverse logistics charges & will refund you the balance amount. 

Please note that the entire process of return, from the day of us receiving your email to you receiving the coupon code may take roughly between 10-15 days.

 

RETURN LOGISTICS:

In the event where the customer claims to have self-shipped the Product to us and Sky Mount does not receive the returned Product or the package containing such Product is empty, the customer shall be required to submit the ‘proof of delivery’ received from the courier/postal agency to Sky Mount prove his/her claim of return of Products through self-shipment. It is specifically clarified that any refunds or exchange shall be processed by Sky Mount only upon it receiving the returned Products and concluding required quality checks or receiving the ‘proof of delivery’ from the User, as the case may be.

QUALITY CHECK & RETURN APPROVAL:

In case the returned products do not meet all our return criteria or we receive used/defective or empty boxes, we will not be able to issue any refund. We will send the products back to the User.

REFUND METHOD:

All return refunds will be initiated only in the form of Credit Note / Exchange / Monetary Refund which will be sent out to you via email within 24- 48 hours of us receiving the returned product. All return Credit Note / Exchange / Monetary Refund will be issued only after our Quality team approves receipt of the product as per the criteria given below. All Coupon codes are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on www.skymountfashion.com. 

REDEEMING YOUR COUPON

  • A Refund Coupon is valid only for 30 Days from the date of issue.
  • A Coupon can be used for a Cart value equivalent to or more than the value of the coupon.
  • A Coupon cannot be used if the Cart Value is lesser than the value of the Coupon.
  • A Coupon cannot be split into different amounts.
  • Any item can only be refunded thrice in exchange of a coupon.
  • Two or more coupons cannot be combined. Hence Coupons cannot be used along with any other Offer coupon that you have.
  • Coupons are non-transferable.

Sky Mount (M.P Enterprises) reserves the right to alter and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without having to serve a prior notice to the User.
